NEW PATIENTS

Auto Accidents

Female with neck pain after car crashIf you don’t have life-threatening injuries from your auto accident, we recommend chiropractic as the first form of care before seeking invasive types of treatments. Here are some of the common symptoms we see and can address:

Headaches
Neck pain
Radicular symptoms down the arms
Mid back and low back pain
Radicular symptoms that radiate down the shoulders, arms, elbows, wrists, legs, knees, and ankles

Billing and Treatment

When you’ve been in an accident you shouldn’t have to deal with the additional burden of paperwork and billing. Dr. Dragonas and his staff have a complete understanding of auto accident insurances in the state of New Jersey and out of state too. Our knowledge allows us to have an understanding of how to bill and treat every patient.

We will request all of your testing to make sure it gets approved, assess as quickly as possible your injuries, and then set you on a care path. We follow the auto regulation guidelines, and put a plan together to get you better.

If you have more than a mild injury, which most of our patients do, we can set up your appointments with any other specialists.

Workers’ Comp

Slips, trips and falls. Repetitive stress. Muscle strains. These are common types of work-related injuries. We often have patients come in with pain in the neck, back, or extremities (e.g. shoulders, knees, elbows, wrists) and some could have radiculopathy symptoms.

If you experienced a work-related injury contact us as soon as possible so we can begin care.

When you come in for your appointment please bring in any pertinent paperwork and any testing that you previously had. Our staff will then handle all of the paperwork from that point on.

If your comp carrier sends you to one of their doctors, the doctor will prescribe what type of care that you should receive, which is likely physical therapy. If there is no comp carrier, then you would see one of our chiropractors, with Dr. Dragonas determining the care path you would take.
